It has come to my attention that I have reached the final weeks of my photography BA at The University of Huddersfield. Which is bitter sweet knowing my time there is coming to an end but also a new chapter has started.so over the next coming weeks I will share some tips for being a photography student .However most will be on how to keep motivated during restrictive times and demonstrating how university experiences have changed since covid.
In the mean time I’m here to update you on what I have been up to the last couple of weeks, as we have slowly been able to use some of the universities facilities. I have taken advantage of this and used the macs at university to finalize my dummy book, for my final portfolio project. Of course the project is not finished as I plan to proceed with it as a graduate. I have also been helping a friend and fellow photographer with their fmp too so I have made use of the studio. Over easter I was able to go home as restrictions are slowly lifting. I was also able to shoot as I needed some images of my mum for the photobook. After doing my final shoots I spent time to wander and take some shots, I h ad a walk with my dad to the local park ,I shot. I also went to photography the cemetery where a new idea for a project was born, however I am currently only focusing on “I talked to a lady”.
In the coming weeks I have my final deadlines and will be raising some money for my final year exhibition and catalogue.
